Using photoshop I created this image. the idea behind this image is to understand how colour blind people know that the box is originally orange. To them it could be white or red or blue etc.

Colour Blindness

Since my theme is colour blind i started finding images with different colours to better understand what colour blind people see.

Sin City Trailer

I first learned of this style from Sin City. to take basic, unimportant objects and enhance their role in the scene. it creates a powerful atmosphere that a normal black and white image or video can not.

this graphic novel style also appeals to me. It capture the basic elements of a picture and yet enhances the drama of it.

Stephen Wiltshire

This piece of art was produced by Stephen Wiltshire, an artist i've researched before. His work relates to mine in the sense that it's black and white with colour, but instead of photos, this is all drawn.

He travels to places of personal value and explores. He then draws his pictures from memory alone.

Most images were produced in black and white for nearly a hundred years after the invention of photography, but now colour images have become commonplace. Creating beautiful, striking and moody images are some of the best attributes of black & white photography.
